Aaron Handford Founder
Aaron started Floating World Web Development with the intention of helping ethical and ecologically minded businesses develop a professional web presence. Aaron believes that the Internet offers many exciting opportunities for our society to become more sustainable, yet also more prosperous. Aaron has a diverse background in web development, graphic design, and multimedia. He is pleased to be offering a wide range of powerful website solutions.

Robert Wiltzen – Project Manager and Information Architect
Robert has proven experience in the development and operation of information management systems in both conceptual and the practical hands-on realms. He has formal education and experience in Business, and Information Systems, including advanced project management and systems analysis. Robert has been working in information management with large organizations for fifteen years and developing web-sites with Joomla technology since it’s precursor, Mambo, was available.

Mark Edmondson – Senior Programmer
Mark has been working with xHTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL commercially for 7 years and has worked on a vast range of applications, including developing his own ecommerce system

Robert Broughton – Senior Programmer
Robert's 25 years of experience goes all the way back to IBM mainframe, punched card, and batch report days. This was where he started when he graduated from university in 1972. Robert began working with CMS in 2002.

Ajay Lulia
Ajay has over 12 years of programming experience in PHP, Java, and .Net. He has worked on a variety of large scale projects, and has built many Joomla extensions from scratch.
